This isn't about adding steps. It's about removing variability.Sean Yap, on vehicle intake in the service lane
Sean argues that service lane intake is starting to be treated as part of workshop infrastructure, not just a front-of-house process. That means moving from selective checks and manual interpretation towards:
- →Consistent screening of every vehicle
- →Objective condition capture
- →Automatically generated data
It is the thinking behind UNIPAC's touchless vehicle inspection range from BL Innovare.
